Codility, a platform that enables companies to build better engineering teams, announced that Natalia Panowicz has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Panowicz joined Codility in 2012 as one of the earliest employees and has remained in key roles for the last seven years, building the business with founder Greg Jakacki. While serving as Chief Operating Officer, Panowicz helped scale the company without any institutional venture capital to over 100 people with offices in San Francisco and Warsaw. Codility now serves more than 1,200 customers including category leaders in technology, automotive, financial services and retail, and high potential employee assessment is doubling its enterprise customer base year-over-year.
Codility also has appointed Roy Solomon as Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Solomon will bring over 15 years of experience in the technology and B2B space spanning software engineering, quality assurance, and cyber-security. He will be responsible for Codility’s revenue streams across a fast-growing range of products, with direct oversight of the company’s sales, marketing, and customer success organizations. Solomon most recently was the co-founder of Applause, which was acquired by Vista Equity in 2017.
