Vergent LMS, a leading provider of loan management solutions, has announced the appointment of Sarah Calhoun as its new Director of People and Culture. Calhoun brings over a decade of experience in human resources leadership, with proven expertise in people strategy, organizational development, and talent management.
In her role, Calhoun will oversee Vergent’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational culture. She has held senior leadership positions across multiple industries, most recently serving as Director of People Operations at Blueprint Title, where she led strategic HR initiatives and supported the company through an acquisition. Previously, she directed HR functions at Nemak, Cummings Resources, and other organizations, consistently driving employee engagement, culture, and workforce performance.
