Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, announced it has been named to the 2024 Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces™ North America list, which recognizes companies committed to creating exceptional environments and cultures for their workforces. In addition, the organization earned “best-in-class” special recognition in the focus areas of inspiring wellbeing and employee voice.
The Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces North America annual awards program is powered by Inspiring Workplaces Group, a global organization championing positive change worldwide both inside and outside the office. For over a decade, the Inspiring Workplaces program has recognized companies of all sizes and industries, including start-ups, nonprofits and government entities.

To be considered for the list, a panel of independent judges evaluated companies based on six areas considered critical to cultivating an inspiring workplace: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice and employee experience.
