The SmartFHR platform will be offered as a single sign-on, interactive dashboard to Valmont’s more than 5,800 employees and their family members in the U.S.
The company was searching for a solution to ensure employees and family members had access to and were informed regarding all of their benefit offerings. With the SmartFHR platform, employees have one central location to engage with their HR benefits and services through a dashboard, content management for handbooks and benefits guides, bulletin board and more. They can also develop healthy habits using one-on-one coaching for holistic wellbeing and chronic condition management. Additionally, company executives wanted to enhance Valmont’s corporate communications and can now use SmartFHR’s email and text messaging capabilities to reach all groups of its workforce, including employees who work in production and require added flexibility.

The platform offers a robust administrative console with reporting and can also exchange data with Valmont’s human resources management system for user participation and utilization of services. SmartFHR is available to download for mobile devices from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and web browsers. This allows employees and their family members access from anywhere, at any time.
