StaffCircle, a Leicester company of HR software has raised another £775,00 to march towards the building and development of its marketing and sales team along with the expansion of its client base.
Blackfinch Investments led this latest funding round of StaffCircle. This round also marked the presence of the MEIF Proof of Concept & Early Stage Fund which is managed by a part of the Midlands Engine Investment Fund and Mercia.
The platform of StaffCircle is designed for both- large and medium enterprises. It also provides them with the capability of improving internal communications, managing the performance of the employees, engaging with employees in different geographic locations more effectively, and maintaining a more consistent culture.
Mark Seemann, the Chief Executive of the company stated that the mission of the company is quite simple, it is to capture the collaboration between the workforce, ranging from front-line employees to top management executives and everybody else between this range.
He also stated that many times businesses grow bigger which results in breaking down the communication aspect, especially when the staff is disparate. He also reveals that the exact same thing happened to him over the past years which led to the creation of StaffCircle.
Mark believes that this platform is all about interacting and communicating with the workforce and staff while empowering them, but more importantly, during these remote working times, it has also become more about maintaining and sustaining these communications when organizations are unable to communicate face to face.
This new additional funding will offer the company with resources that it requires to get potential customers on board and also in increasing the revenue streams.
