This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Scale ranked #53 overall in a list of 500 businesses, and #2 in the Advertising and Marketing category that includes some of the most successful emerging companies in America.

Forbes and Statista analyzed more than 7 million data points to identify the top Startup employers. In particular, three aspects of each company were assessed during the evaluation: employee reputation, employee satisfaction, and company growth.
