Previously the hrtech news space had featured the integration of Jobvite with Ultimate Software. Now the company has introduced a link that offers employers the capability of reviewing a wider expanse of information and data that bridges the post-hire performance and talent acquisition.

There already existed an integration of Jobvite with UltiPro by Ultimate Software, but now the newly added link is said to be a cost-effective, repeatable, and standard connection with UltiPro Onboarding. This infusion offers the users the feature of pushing new hire data into UltiPro for enabling organizations to maintain a solo profile for each candidate.

Result of this link is the ability given to recruiters of tracking candidates and potential employees through their post-hire journey as well as attaining new and meaningful insights for supporting the strategies to attract and retain top talent, as stated by Jared Adams, the senior vice president of product and engineering of Jobvite.
