This infusion offers the users the feature of pushing new hire data into UltiPro for enabling organizations to maintain a solo profile for each candidate.
Result of this link is the ability given to recruiters of tracking candidates and potential employees through their post-hire journey as well as attaining new and meaningful insights for supporting the strategies to attract and retain top talent, as stated by Jared Adams, the senior vice president of product and engineering of Jobvite.
