To determine the companies deserving of the recognition, the global organization distributes research-backed surveys and cultural questionnaires to solicit anonymous employee feedback for analysis. Companies with the Great Place to Work Certification™ are those that prove they consistently ensure their team members have a dependable and inclusive work environment.
