Virtual Incentives, the leading reward and payment platform, today announced that Nate Shelley-Reade has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He will lead worldwide business development and assume the strategic sales and marketing leadership role within the organization.

Since joining Virtual Incentives in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Growth and Partnerships, Nate has led the expansion of the company’s global customer base and partnership network.

Nate’s promotion comes as Virtual Incentives continues its unprecedented growth fostered through the company’s “full service” approach to optimizing the entire payouts supply chain and experience. Companies like O.C. Tanner, C Space, Google, and Apple use the Virtual Incentives platform to increase engagement, improve their return on investment, enhance the customer experience, gain valuable data and insights, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Before joining Virtual Incentives, Nate served as a Senior Manager at EY, working in Large Deal Sales and Commercial Enablement across some of the firm’s largest strategic deals. He has over ten years of experience structuring client-centric solutions and strategic deals.
