This year’s survey of TechBlocks’ employees noted camaraderie, credibility, respect, pride, and fairness as particular strengths for the company.

This recognition directly reflects the perspectives and creativity of TechBlocks’ employees, which is the highest praise the company could receive. “To address the roadblocks of the past few months, our management team has leveraged the power of continuous and proactive listening, and the message we bring out to other organizations is actually being lived out within our own culture,” Prashant added.
“Two words to sum it to me would be – recognition and acknowledgement. Acknowledgement that what we do works and recognition for employees’ contributions, and I can feel it and see it every day!”
