Skeeled launches predictive AI talent acquisition software to transform the recruitment process in the UK
A Luxembourg HR technology start-up, Skeeled, today launched its innovative, Artificial Intelligence-based predictive talent acquisition software in the United Kingdom to make it faster, simpler, and more efficient for recruiters to attract, choose and recruit the right talent.
The system incorporates an Applicant Tracking System which enables interviewers, recruiters and employers to collaborate and communicate throughout the recruitment process and follow up adequately with candidates to ensure a good candidate experience.
Founded in the year 2014 in Luxembourg, Skeeled has achieved fast growth and success. In 2019, the company achieved more than 120% growth in turnover compared with the previous year.
In June 2020, the company launched Version 3 of its software and it has ambitious growth plans that incorporate establishing a foothold in the UK market and doubling its workforce in Luxembourg and Porto from 25 to 50.

Skeeled has recently partnered with a European smart recruitment technology provider, VONQ, to enable its clients to set up job advertising campaigns using a huge network of VONQ. The company has also joined forces with the international Indeed group and has integrated technology of Indeed in the platform to automate the publication of job offers.
