Oracle Cloud HCM once again named a Leader

Oracle Cloud HCM

The past 18 months have introduced numerous challenges for HR leaders, chief among them a staggering pandemic and the Great Resignation. These challenges have forced organizations to pivot, and we’re committed to help.

Oracle Cloud HCM suite is designed to help organizations navigate evolving workforce trends, whether it’s the demand for upskilling and re-skilling, a focus on increased diversity, or the emphasis on supporting workers as they return to the office.

Industry analysts monitor our work, and recently Gartner® provided us with an evaluation of our performance in the HCM marketplace.
The analyst firm examines Oracle’s completeness of vision and ability to execute compared to other vendors in the space.

We’re excited to announce that the news is good. We’re honored again to be recognized in their latest Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises as a Leader for the sixth year in a row and positioned furthest to the right in Completeness of Vision for the fourth year in a row.

The Gartner Critical Capabilities for Cloud HCM Suites for 1,000+ Employee Enterprises report also noted that Oracle received the highest score for Core HR and TM (Global Organization) and Asia/Pacific Market among 6 use cases.

We believe our position recognizes our commitment to innovation, solidified by the recent launches of Oracle Dynamic Skills and Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics, which have been well-received by our customers. Skills and Analytics continue to be tools critical for success as HR leaders look beyond the pandemic.

However, this accomplishment isn’t ours alone, as more than 80% of our product updates originate from customer feedback and support. Some of our most passionate champions have participated in our Oracle Cloud Customer Connect community, created thousands of new solutions in our Idea Lab, and engaged in Customer Advisory Board meetings where they share their challenges and vision for change. Together, they challenge us to think differently about the employee experience, helping us deliver innovative solutions and drive HR leaders to shift towards the future.
