G&A Partners, a leading national professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, announced the acquisition of Management Solutions Inc., a prominent PEO and HR management provider based in Denver, Colorado.
Management Solutions Inc. was founded by Rick VanDyke and has been providing comprehensive human resources management services to fellow Colorado businesses since 2014.
“Management Solutions represents our fifth acquisition in the growing Colorado market,” said G&A president and CEO John W. Allen. “Our first acquisition in Colorado was Employer Essentials in 2018, followed by Platinum Colorado LLC and Pay Pros of Colorado a year later, and Ignite HR a year after that. Together we now serve over 378 clients and 9,190 worksite employees from our Denver office. This gives us the purchasing power to offer our small-business clients competitive employee benefits, robust retirement plans, and state-of-the-art technology. This, in turn, gives them the time and resources to grow.”
Rick will stay on in a business development role, and he and his staff will continue to serve and support the Management Solutions clients. “We are excited to join G&A Partners,” VanDyke stated. “This unified approach will allow us to reach new heights, harnessing an even wider range of comprehensive HR services, expertise, and support for our clients.”
