Buck, an integrated HR and benefits consulting, administration, and technology services firm, today announced that it has expanded its HR portfolio by relaunching its administration outsourcing business in the U.S. to meet significant market demand for ‘bundled’ consulting and administration services. Expanded capabilities will enable clients to establish a world-class employee benefits function, featuring the full continuum of delivery models, including tech-only, co-sourcing, and full outsourcing. When combined with a tailor-fit front door portal and actionable people analytics, bundled solutions will allow Buck to meet its clients where they are.
Buck currently counts more than 165 administration clients, covering approximately 1.15 million plan participants in North America with nearly 20 new clients transitioning to Buck in 2019. As part of this expanded offering, Buck will offer full service Health and Welfare and Defined Benefit Administration Outsourcing. The company’s scalable platform will leverage its global infrastructure hub and right-fit North America resource model. This will enable the company to serve global clients with stronger capabilities and market leading solutions in employee benefits administration and HR outsourcing.

Concurrently, Buck also announced the opening of its Benefits Outsourcing Center of Excellence (BOCOE) in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a central hub combining Buck’s customer service representatives and fulfillment with its existing consulting and benefits expertise available through its Actuarial Valuation Center. The BOCOE will help Buck expand its outsourcing footprint throughout the US in the year ahead, offering tailor-fit solutions, onsite consulting and actuarial support to its growing network of clients. Buck currently has 50 employees serving 200 clients out of the Fort Wayne office, and the BOCOE will accommodate up to 50 new employees by the end of 2019.
