Agency Workspace was launched in the previous year i.e. 2019 and was designed to be the technology home base for the user-brokers utilizing the services and tools of BenefitMall. The solution includes functionalities for client management, setting up enrollments, reviewing commissions, and developing quotes. The solution was overall designed keeping in mind the streamlining of management of BenefitMall book of business for brokers.
The new update has several features, one among those is a new Carrier Center which offers a more simplified and easy way of searching for carrier information as well as details in English and Spanish. Customers are also provided with secure access to the recent activities along with the ability to easily review the details of upcoming renewals. This new update also brings with it a new message board as well as an updated sales trip incentive tracker.
The online training center of BenefitMall houses quick reference guides, training videos, and the capability of registering for webinars for CRQS, Agency Workspace, and Online Enrollment tools.
BenefitMall has also upgraded its product, Client Ready Quote System for including voluntary lines of coverage. This new upgrade to CRQS will allow brokers to quote additional lines of coverage to benefits including critical illness, accident, cybersecurity, and hospital indemnity. CRQS also delivers its users an overview of how each of their products or services might complement the coverage quoted currently for a particular group.
