Mr. Jacobs’ experience in advising organizational leaders, board members and department chairs on physician and APP recruitment will prove valuable to the Advisory Board and the broader Company as it navigates today’s complicated healthcare staffing environment.

Mr. Jacobs is well known in the healthcare staffing industry, with over two decades of experience in physician recruitment at several health systems. He most recently served as Enterprise Director of Physician & APP Recruitment at Jefferson Health, an 18-hospital system serving Philadelphia and New Jersey. For the past six years, he was also President of the Mid-Atlantic Physician Recruitment Alliance (MAPRA), a shared interest group of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
