Achievers Tops Employee Recognition Rankings in G2 Report

The world’s most utilized recognition and reward software ranks among the world’s best for the third report season in a row based on verified customer feedback

Achievers, the world’s most utilized recognition and reward software that engages nearly 5 million employees every day across 190+ countries, today announced it has been named in the G2 Summer 2026 reports, earning multiple top employee rankings across regions and markets.

Achievers was recognized as the highest-ranked employee recognition platform in G2’s Grid® Report for Employee Recognition, for the third consecutive report season, reflecting the platform’s notable market presence and high satisfaction.

Achievers’ leadership remained especially strong globally, where it continued to hold #1 positions across Canada, EMEA, and the UK. It also received top three rankings in 35 reports, earned 57 Leader badges, qualified for 145 G2 reports, and achieved 13 #1 rankings overall.

“Employee recognition drives resilience by equipping employees with the confidence and encouragement to navigate change,” said David Bator, Managing Director of Achievers Workforce Institute (AWI). “This is critical as AI continues to drive this period of major transformation. When employees are frequently and meaningfully recognized, they are more likely to feel engaged, connected to business goals, and loyal to the company. This is reinforced through this summer’s G2 Reports and feedback, which signal the value of recognition.”

Today’s announcement continues to reflect Achievers’ G2 momentum, listed as the highest-ranked employee recognition platform on G2’s 2026 Best Software List, with multiple top rankings across HR technology and global software categories. By earning a spot on G2’s 2026 Best Software Awards, Achievers joined an elite group of just 100 companies recognized among nearly 4,000 eligible software vendors worldwide. Achievers’ rankings across different categories of the Best Software List include:

  • #3 on the Best Canadian Software Companies for 2026 | G2 list
  • #7 on the Best HR Software Products for 2026 | G2 list
  • #16 on the Best Software Products for 2026 | G2 list
  • #19 on the Best Software for Enterprise Businesses for 2026 | G2 list
  • #14 on the Highest Customer Satisfaction Products for 2026 | G2 list

These G2 rankings are supported by research from the Achievers Workforce Institute that reinforces the need for recognition, especially during AI transformation. According to Achievers’ 2026 State of Recognition Report, only 19% of employees feel confident using AI tools, just 18% have access to AI-enabled training, and only 19% believe AI will make their work easier. This is because workers aren’t clear on what great work looks like in this new era. Real customer feedback on Achievers’ platform proves that it has the scale and capabilities to empower and encourage employees to experiment, adapt, and collaborate on AI initiatives as every company is pursuing a daring new strategy.

The G2 platform is the world’s largest software marketplace, with more than 80 million users relying on its authentic peer reviews to make software decisions. The G2 Summer 2026 Reports highlight the best-in-class solutions based on verified customer reviews and data from the world’s largest tech marketplace.
