Vibe HCM, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based HCM Engagement platforms, announced today several new product features, resources and the launch of a pulse-check survey related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These actions were undertaken to provide access to best-practices content and to help customers swiftly implement state and federal legislation such as the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA) and the CARES Act.
Vibe HCM has quickly deployed necessary updates to time and labor codes and reporting capabilities to accommodate client’s needs with respect to the new legislation. Specific to reporting additions, Vibe HCM has made available a new Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) report available containing the relevant Headcount and Payroll Cost information needed for companies with 500 or fewer employees to apply for loans backed by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Vibe HCM created a COVID-19 Response and Resource Center, intended to provide information both to customers and the HR Professional community as a whole. The centralized hub offers links to the FFCRA and CARES legislation, Frequently Asked Questions, and expert resources. In addition, the company shared a blog, entitled “The Role of HR Technology in Crisis Communications”, highlighting how now more than ever HR professionals can leverage the enhanced accessibility and functionality such as billboards, program pages, communities and employee recognition offered in an HCM Engagement platform.
With respect to its own operations, Vibe HCM shared a response plan in early March. “As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, our focus is ensuring business continuity while providing a safe environment for our employees, customers and partners,” said Susanne Bowen, CEO at Vibe HCM. “We understand the impact this is having on our customers and have prioritized the rapid response and deployment of information and product functionality to help them successfully navigate this unique time.”
Vibe HCM is taking an active role to add value to the HR community by offering insights and perspective as we fight this enemy together. In partnership with SaaS Research, we have launched a brief COVID-19 survey that will collect data from HR leaders in mid-market organizations and provide a pulse check on the impact of the pandemic across industries and market segments. The complete report results will be made available to all participants.
