UKG Named a Leader in HCM by Top Research Firm

UKG

UKG, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions for all people, was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Human Capital Management, Q2 2023 report, published by Forrester Research. This is the latest HCM industry report to name UKG a Leader, following recent #1 or Leader acknowledgments from analyst firms including GartnerNucleus Research, and Sapient Insights Group.

Forrester is one of the most influential research and advisory firms in the world, working with business leaders to provide proprietary research, consulting, and events to deliver better experiences and accelerate growth. The Forrester Wave is a rigorous evaluation of HCM vendor market presence, solution strength, and innovation strategy and is designed to help technology buyers evaluate best-fit solutions for their organizations.

The Forrester report says, “UKG Pro is best fit for North American organizations with complex payroll and workforce management needs.” It states Pro is “a go-to for workforce management complexity, with growing EX [employee experience] capabilities,” and states, “UKG’s approach to the market focuses on highlighting its directive of people over transactions.” It also notes, “the integration with Great Place To Work™ as a driver of culture is a cornerstone of this strategy,” and continues, “Pro emphasizes inclusivity with UKG Talk.”

According to the report, “Late in 2022, UKG launched a new approach to servicing clients, migrating away from the industry-standard account manager model in favor of a group of product specialists aligned to support specific HCM modules.”

“We chose UKG to manage our entire employee lifecycle and the transformation has been quite magical,” said Diana Valler, chief human resources officer at TravelBrands. “UKG has made us more efficient by automating and streamlining our HR, administrative, and payroll processes, resulting in lower overhead costs and a reduction in turnover.”

“UKG has allowed us to really pivot our focus to our people,” said Kayla Linn, vice president of people and culture at Eventide Senior Living Communities. “We’ve launched almost every product that UKG has to offer. We’re no longer spending hours pushing paper and doing administrative tasks. We can take time to improve the overall experience for our employees.”

“We believe UKG is a Leader in reports across the HCM industry because we are the only HCM suite provider committed to helping customers meet the unique needs of both their people and their operations,” said Hugo Sarrazin, chief product and technology officer at UKG. “Our investment of more than $625 million in UKG products and services over the past year — an investment we’re going to surpass this year — is a direct reflection of our commitment to pushing the entire HCM industry into the future by delivering a truly human-centered suite.”
