Shawn Thorne, Managing Director of the Venture Capital Practice
Shawn Thorne will take on the role of managing director of the Venture Capital practice. As co-general manager, Americas, Thorne spearheaded significant growth and led a restructuring for True Search. Now he will apply his operations and leadership acumen to strengthening the VC practice.

True co-founder and TrueBuilders podcast host Josh Withers, whose strategic focus is enhancing the client experience as managing director of the True Platform, has additionally been appointed GM of platform and NA search operations. He will lead the True Search functional practices, search operations, and client services team, driving adoption of True products and services and ensuring optimal client and candidate experience across the platform.
