With over 35 years of combined experience in customer success, remote work, and global expansion, Innes and Sarveen bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Remofirst team. These strategic leadership hires and promotion reflect Remofirst’s commitment to achieving its mission of empowering employers to be free from geographical boundaries when accessing talent and allowing employees to pursue opportunities wherever they may exist.
Innes Bailey joins Remofirst’s leadership team bringing with her extensive experience in customer success and remote work. In her role, Innes will spearhead the company’s efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. In her prior roles at similar companies, all of which are completely remote, Innes has demonstrated an outstanding track-record of building a world-class team to deliver exceptional quality and experience to its customers. Innes is excited to bring her customer-centric approach to Remofirst and deliver top-class customer experience to its clients.
Sarveen Chester joins the leadership team as its Chief of Staff. He brings over years of experience in managing highly cross-functional workstreams and operational transformation. In his new role, Sarveen will work closely with CEO Nurasyl Serik to oversee and drive key initiatives across the company. Prior to joining Remofirst, Sarveen led international expansion, operations, and regulatory authorisations at several companies, including Revolut, Dija, Gopuff, and Shares.
Additionally, Remofirst is delighted to announce the promotion of David Hughson to the position of Chief Revenue Officer. David Hughson was a key hire for Remofirst’s early inception in 2022, and has demonstrated remarkable leadership and a deep understanding of revenue generation strategies throughout his tenure. In his new role, David will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and strengthening partnerships to further establish Remofirst as a leader in the industry.
