Ferry also recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as a 2026 40 Under 40 honoree for leadership in workforce solutions and healthcare staffing.
As demand for workforce disruption solutions in healthcare continues to grow, Prolink, a premier workforce solutions firm, today announced the appointment of Laura Ferry to President of its Continuum crisis staffing division. The promotion recognizes Ferry’s leadership in scaling one of the organization’s fastest-growing business segments and expanding workforce solutions for healthcare systems nationwide.
Continuum is Prolink’s rapid-response healthcare staffing brand built for moments when hospitals need immediate workforce support. The division provides rapid deployment healthcare staffing solutions designed to help ensure continuity of care during critical operational disruptions. Continuum manages every aspect of workforce coordination—including credentialing, logistics, travel, compliance, and onsite support—with speed and precision so healthcare organizations can continue operating without interruption.
“Laura’s leadership has had a tremendous impact on Continuum’s growth and the way we support healthcare organizations during critical moments,” said Tony Munafo, President and CEO of Prolink. “She brings a unique combination of operational expertise, urgency, and calm leadership to every situation, and she has built an exceptional team around her. I’m confident Laura will continue to build on that momentum as she leads Continuum into its next chapter.”
Over the past 16 months, Ferry has led one of Prolink’s most significant growth initiatives, helping scale Continuum into a nine-figure business that generated more than $100 million in 2025 and an additional $110 million in the first two months of 2026. Under her leadership, the division expanded its operational infrastructure, implemented scalable cross-functional processes, and grew a key account by 250% year over year.
“I’m incredibly proud of what our Continuum team has built over the past year and grateful for the opportunity to continue leading this important work,” Ferry said. “Healthcare organizations are navigating increasingly complex workforce challenges, and our focus remains on delivering responsive, scalable solutions that support continuity of care during critical moments.”
Continuum operates as a separate brand from Prolink’s core staffing business, allowing the division to specialize exclusively in rapid-response workforce support while preserving long-term client and clinician relationships across the broader organization.
