Prolink, a premier workforce solutions firm, today announced the promotion of Abby Zimmerman to Chief Operating Officer.
Abby’s appointment reflects nearly a decade of leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to Prolink’s growth and culture. One of the company’s earliest employees, she joined Prolink as its 12th team member and began her career as a recruiter before advancing through multiple leadership positions, including Area Vice President.
Throughout her career at Prolink, Abby has led high-performing teams across multiple markets and played a key role in driving organizational growth and performance. She most recently served as Prolink’s Senior Vice President of People and Process Transformation, where she quickly drove meaningful organizational impact through cross-functional collaboration, operational leadership, and a people-first approach. Outside of Prolink, Abby has held several leadership roles within the staffing industry and brings more than 13 years of talent solutions experience to her new role.

As COO, Abby will oversee operational strategy and execution across the organization, aligning people, processes, technology, and performance to support continued growth and scalability. She will work closely with leadership teams across the business to enhance organizational effectiveness and support the company’s long-term strategic priorities.
