The tool, Employer Pathway, takes the stress out of new group setup by eliminating paper forms and confusion typically associated with onboarding. From start to finish, Employer Pathway ensures onboarding is faster, more accurate and more organized.
Employer Pathway streamlines the process by gathering information and documentation needed to set up a new group and allows users to:
- Enter key employer group information
- Upload required documentation and employee census data
- Track progress in real time
- Receive automated notifications to stay informed
- Connect with an implementation representative
