Morson Group Acquires PTS Advance to Grow U.S. Presence

Morson Group has strengthened its position as a global talent solutions leader with the acquisition of US-based technical recruiter PTS Advance. The move marks a key milestone in Morson’s international growth strategy and significantly broadens its capabilities across North America’s energy, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

As market demand accelerates across technology, engineering, and industrial landscapes, the acquisition aligns with Morson’s ambition to offer clients seamless access to expert talent – wherever and whenever it’s needed. It also builds on the Group’s commitment to removing complexity for clients by unifying capability across disciplines, regions, and sectors.

PTS Advance is one of the largest specialist providers of technical talent to the United States’ oil, gas, chemicals, power, renewables, construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing industries. Formed through the combination of three family-founded businesses, the company has deep roots in its markets and a reputation for delivering with trust and integrity.

Originally founded by Ronald and June Stein in 1995 from their California home, PTS Advance was built on a people-first culture that aligns with Morson Group’s own people-centric ethos and remains core to its operations today. Under the leadership of CEO Dustin House and a team of experienced sector specialists, the business brings a full range of staffing services to Morson Group’s US operations, including contract hire, direct hire, project hire, payroll and transition services.

House, CEO at PTS Advance, said: “This marks a proud and defining moment for PTS Advance. We’ve spent years building a business anchored in trust, performance, and people and it’s incredibly rewarding to see that work recognized and elevated through this partnership with Morson Group. What excites me most is the opportunity ahead: by combining our strengths, we’re creating a global platform with deeper capabilities, broader reach, and a shared commitment to putting people at the center of everything we do. Together, we’ll continue to pioneer new solutions for our clients, while creating even greater opportunities for our teams to grow, lead, and share in our success.”

PTS Advance’s offices provide Morson Group with a network across the southern USA, including Tustin, California; Houston & Port Arthur, Texas; and Orlando, Florida. From these locations, the recruitment business will continue to actively support projects across the entire North American continent.

Ged Mason, Morson Group CEO, said: “As part of our strategy to expand our global footprint, I am delighted that PTS Advance have joined the Morson Group, and the collaboration between our teams will strengthen our delivery capabilities across the United States. Cultural fit between organisations was key and having known the Stein family for over 20 years, there is a clear alignment between our core values, providing a powerful foundation for the future. Bringing PTS Advance into the Morson Group will enable us to complement their offering across North America, whilst giving our clients access to a global network of talent.”
