With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing, Kerstiens brings a wealth of expertise in strategic workforce solutions, client services and operational leadership. In her position, she will spearhead initiatives to enhance service delivery, drive business growth and expand Jackson Nurse Professionals’ ability to provide highly skilled nurses to healthcare facilities nationwide. Her deep industry knowledge and proven track record in recruitment, retention and revenue growth will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s delivery of top-tier nursing talent where and when it’s needed in communities across the nation.

Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professionals, Kerstiens served as group vice president of local markets at Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, where she led a nationwide team and implemented recruiting and retention strategies. Kerstiens also spent over a decade as senior vice president of client services at Travel Nurse Across America. Recognized for her leadership and industry impact, she has appeared on the list of Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing.
