Great Place To Work

Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, announced that it earned Great Place To Work® certification for the eighth year in a row. This national distinction is entirely based on associate feedback and honors organizations creating positive workplace experiences for all.

The annual certification program is conducted by Great Place To Work, a global authority on workplace culture. Companies achieve certification based on employee responses to the Great Place To Work Trust Index Survey, which measures the level of trust within the organization and the consistency of the employee experience. The anonymous survey, consisting of 60 statements and two open-ended responses, evaluates individual experiences across five dimensions considered key to building a high-trust company culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and sense of belonging.

Based on Great Place To Work data and insights, businesses that are Great Place To Work Certified outperform their competitors, are 15 times more likely to be picked by job seekers, and experience employer retention that is twice as high as those who are not.

“We are highly committed to creating and cultivating environments where everyone feels welcomed, valued and supported – and can enjoy meaningful work and offerings that enable them to live well and thrive,” said Shane Jackson, president, Jackson Healthcare. “It’s incredibly gratifying to have achieved this certification for the eighth consecutive year because it’s based on direct feedback from our associates, who are consistently at the heart of all we do.”

In addition to being Great Place To Work Certified, Jackson Healthcare is on the 2024 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list and Best Workplaces for Millennials list, as well as its most recent Best Workplaces for Women and Best Workplaces in Health Care lists.
