Joplin will build on iCIMS’ market leadership in AI for recruiting and hiring by driving ongoing AI innovation throughout the product suite, leading iCIMS’ data science program and guiding iCIMS’ ongoing commitment to safe and responsible AI use. Joplin will also collaborate across teams to deliver world-class AI-powered experiences and serve as an evangelist to drive greater AI adoption across the broader talent acquisition community.

Joplin brings more than a decade of experience on the cutting edge of data science and AI innovation to iCIMS, along with a proven track record of transformative customer outcomes through the power of AI. Prior to joining iCIMS, he served as director of data science at Mastercard and director of AI at Sword Health, a world leader in AI for healthcare delivery. He has also held senior leadership roles at SparkBeyond and Visokio, where he built and led high-performing teams across industries and geographies.
