Sales Engagement — to attract and nurture candidates with automated outreach sequences, AI-driven task prioritization, and personalized communication at scale.
Conversation Intelligence — to capture and transcribe recruiter calls and video interviews, surface key themes like candidate questions or concerns, and deliver actionable insights directly in Salesforce workflows. This makes it easy to synthesize important call information, generate concise summaries, and quickly identify candidate takeaways and sentiment.
