HR technology Company Energage Announces Award Recipients

Program recognizes 600 deserving organizations across the country for prioritizing people and culture.

Energage  a purpose-driven HR technology company that helps organizations build and brand Top Workplaces, today announced the winners of its inaugural Top Workplaces USA award.

The national award program recognizes those organizations across the country that have exceeded key facets of workplace culture. Recipients of the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award were selected based on results from Energage’s anonymous, research-based employee engagement survey that is powered by findings from 14 years of research and data from over 23 million employees across 70,000 organizations.

In the past three months, thousands of organizations were surveyed to qualify for Top Workplaces USA 2021. An elite group of nearly 600 organizations across four different size-bands were recognized for their role in making the world a better place to work together™. “What better way to kick off this year than by celebrating those organizations that, through one of the most difficult years, continued to put their people first,” said Dan Kessler, president and COO of Energage. “2020 raised the bar across the board. By expanding our regional Top Workplaces program to include a national award, we are giving organizations a way to show those stakeholders that the entire organization—from headquarters to regional offices—prioritize people and culture. In addition to having the chance to be included on the Top Workplaces USA list, all participants qualify to be recognized in quarterly Culture Excellence and Industry awards throughout the year, including Appreciation, Woman-Led, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Remote Work, Direction, Work-Life Flex, Top Managers and more. Qualifying survey results will enter organizations into consideration for all awards issued over the subsequent 12 months following their survey completion date.
