#HRInfluencersLatAm2019 is the name GOintegro has given to the list that commemorates and recognizes the effort, knowledge, talent management process and experience of those Latin American HR professionals and experts who make a positive impact both within the organization and the industry. Hrtech
For its second edition, more than 40,000 participants, almost triple the amount of last year, nominated and voted for their peers. The list with the Top 100, published on Wednesday, June 19th, is made up of 49% women and 51% men.
Jose Guerra, Chief Marketing Officer, commented, “this initiative is of great importance since it identifies and integrates all the Human Resources professionals of the region under a single flag: sharing knowledge to improve the industry and contribute positively to the organization.”
Ignacio Fernández, the Partner Associate of LEAD Institute Chile, leads the ranking. Occupying the 2nd position is Marcelo Nobrega, Human Resources Director at Arcos Dorados in Brazil. Third in the ranking is Ignacio Casillas, Regional Director for the Caribbean and Central America at ManpowerGroup of Mexico.
The top 3 women represented on the ranking are Andressa Paltiano, Head Human Resources at Corporate Expert in Brazil, who holds the 5th place; Soledad Candía, Executive Director of Lideramujer in Chile, occupying the 8th place; and Karina Awad, Human Resources Director of Coca Cola Femsa in Mexico, in the 10th position.
Some highlights include:

- 51% of male representation in the Top 100.
- 148 new nominees compared to its first edition.
- At least 7 Latin American participant countries.
- 28 professionals from Argentina, 25 from Brazil, 25 from Chile and 10 from Mexico.
