Gloat Brings Agentic HR to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams
SHARE

Gloat is bringing Agentic HR directly into the tools where employees already work. The company today announced that its Agentic HR capabilities are available within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams, with its intelligent AI agents putting workforce context and talent capabilities in the hands of employees, managers, and HR teams without requiring them to leave their daily work environment. The Gloat Copilot Agent is now published in the Microsoft Agent Store & Microsoft Marketplace, enabling enterprise organizations to deploy Agentic HR capabilities within their Microsoft 365 Copilot environments.

Intelligent Agents in the Flow of Work

Through the integration, Gloat’s Agentic HR capabilities are now available directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams, enabling employees, managers, and HR teams to access workforce context and act on it without leaving the tools they use daily. When a business unit faces a restructure, a leader can identify which employees have the skills to move into open roles elsewhere in the organization, with redeployment options and next steps surfaced directly within a Teams conversation. An employee asking about career paths receives personalized guidance based on skills, adjacencies, and organizational opportunity, all powered by Gloat’s Agentic HR platform, now accessible inside Copilot.

The announcement builds on Gloat’s recent launch of Agentic HR, a new category of enterprise software designed to move the workforce at the speed of business. Where earlier HR technology managed processes and stored records, Agentic HR deploys intelligent agents that understand workforce context and act on it continuously, without requiring employees to log into separate HR portals or wait for HR teams to respond. The integration with Microsoft extends these capabilities into the environments where work actually happens.

“HR technology has always required employees to come to it. We built Agentic HR on a different premise: the capability comes to them,” said Ben Reuveni, CEO and Co-Founder of Gloat. “Most organizations already run on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot. By bringing our intelligent agents into those environments, we ensure that the full context of an employee’s career, skills, and organization reaches people exactly where and when they need it.”

“Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams are the tools where work gets done across the enterprise, and customers want to bring their business processes into that flow for work,” said Srini Raghavan, Corporate Vice President of Copilot & Agents Ecosystem at Microsoft. “Gloat’s intelligent agents extend that environment to include talent and workforce capabilities, helping employees and managers act on workforce decisions in the moment, without leaving the tools they rely on every day.”

Through the Gloat Agentic HR platform, organizations can deploy a range of prebuilt agents within these environments, such as agents for workforce redeployment, career development, internal talent sourcing, succession planning, workforce planning, and learning and reskilling, or build their own custom agents using the platform’s core building blocks. These agents connect to existing HR systems, interpreting workforce data and orchestrating workflows without requiring organizations to replace current platforms.

Workforce Context as the Foundation

What differentiates Gloat’s Agentic HR platform is the workforce context layer beneath it. Gloat’s proprietary Workforce Context Engine, Loomra, is built on nearly a decade of enterprise-scale workforce data, modeling skill adjacencies, career trajectories, organizational patterns, and workforce relationships across millions of employees globally. This means agents can go well beyond information retrieval: rather than answering “show me employees who know Python,” they can reason about which employees could transition into AI engineering roles this year, which teams are most exposed to future skill gaps, and where talent should be redeployed as business priorities shift.

Availability

The Gloat Copilot Agent & Teams App are available now through the Microsoft Agent Store (Agent Showcase) & Microsoft Marketplace (Microsoft Marketplace | cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents) and can be deployed within Microsoft 365 Copilot environments. Gloat Agentic HR is generally available to enterprise organizations globally. Learn more at gloat.com.
