G&A Partners announced today the expansion of its Human Capital Management (HCM) division with the acquisition of the last two independently operated AmCheck franchises, one in Austin, Texas, and the other in Las Vegas, Nevada.
With this acquisition, G&A Partners, a leading national professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, reinforces its commitment to delivering scalable, robust HCM technology to growing businesses nationwide.
“This acquisition significantly strengthens our HCM division,” said John W. Allen, president and CEO of G&A Partners. “Many small to mid-sized businesses are still burdened by manual HR processes, which hinder their growth and productivity. Our HCM capabilities provide them with the streamlined workflows and compliance management they need to thrive. We are excited to offer these powerful tools to an even wider client base.”
This acquisition allows G&A Partners to further strengthen its ties to Texas, where the Houston-based company has a strong presence statewide, and Nevada, where Allen grew up.
Since 2006 (AmCheck Austin) and 2007 (AmCheck Las Vegas), the AmCheck companies have established themselves as trusted partners to their clients, building meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service.
David Blackman, founder of AmCheck Austin said, “G&A Partners’ strong company culture, shared values, and dedication to long-term client relationships made them the ideal partner.”
“We are confident this acquisition will bring substantial value and expanded resources to our clients with G&A’s best-in-class service and comprehensive HR infrastructure,” said Greg Clark, co-founder of AmCheck Austin.
Deen Gumerson, managing member of AmCheck Las Vegas said, “The combination of our shared company culture and customer focus will propel us to new heights, creating even greater value for our clients, employees, and trusted partners. This is not just an acquisition—it’s a powerful new partnership.”
Sheppard Mullin represented both AmCheck Austin and Las Vegas, while Dentons Cohen & Grigsby represented G&A Partners.
G&A Partners, which has been named to the Inc 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies 19 times, continues to grow with the thriving businesses it’s proud to serve. With this acquisition, G&A Partners will now serve over 5,000 clients and 125,000 worksite employees, enabling it to offer even more businesses world-class HR services and HCM solutions.
