ERIN’s new Enterprise Dashboards provide an intuitive way for organizations to analyze and optimize their employee referral programs. These dashboards empower administrators with:

- In-Depth Metrics: Detailed insights into referral activity, bonuses, and employee engagement
- Over-Time Analytics: A clear visualization of referral trends and impact over time
The enhanced experience replaces the previous dashboards with four user-friendly, data-driven dashboards: Summary, Referrals, Bonuses, Jobs, and Employees.
Introducing Custom Dashboards & Reports
To support businesses with unique reporting needs, ERIN now offers custom dashboards and reports tailored to individual organizations. These custom reports will be seamlessly integrated into the platform’s “Reporting” section for easy access and real-time insights.
Report History & Scheduled Reports for Greater Efficiency
The update also introduces a new Report History feature, ensuring all reports generated in ERIN are stored, tracked, and easily accessible based on their delivery date.
Additionally, Scheduled Reports now allow automated report delivery directly to inboxes, replacing the legacy Scheduled Reports and Report Builder features. To ensure a smooth transition, existing reports will be migrated and run in parallel with the new system before the full transition later this year.
Why Transition Away from the Legacy Report Builder?
The new Custom Reports feature offers several advantages, including:
- Faster and more flexible report creation
- Automated scheduling for seamless data delivery
- On-demand viewing and downloading of reports within the UI
- A full historical record of all sent reports, enhancing transparency
- Multiple versions of reports with different schedules (e.g., bonus reporting by country)
Enhancing the Employee Experience: Easier Job Sharing & Visibility
In addition to improving dashboards and reporting, ERIN has enhanced the job-sharing experience to make referrals easier and more effective. Employees can now quickly share job openings via an improved Refer Someone interface, integrating share options directly into the referral form.
Furthermore, a new optional feature allows recruiters’ names to appear on job cards. This gives employees better visibility into hiring contacts and streamlines communication. Organizations that wish to provide additional transparency can enable this feature in the settings.

- Managers will retain access to the Employee Dashboard
