Employer Advantage that has its headquarters in Joplin, Missouri has made the expansion of operations into the Greater Phoenix market. This expansion was done by acquiring Choice Employer’s Resource in Mesa, Arizona. The hrtech news arena notes this is the third location of the company growing rapidly in this industry, with offices in the area of Kansas City. It is also marked that the sale was closed on 1st June 2020.
Employer Advantage leadership concluded that the area of Phoenix would be a natural fit for the market industry as the concentration of the area lies in small and mid-sized businesses.
Jared Young, the President, and CEO of Employer Advantage stated that even though the company is capable of and also does serve businesses of each and every size, it believes that the small and mid-sized businesses are the best fit for the HR services of the company that are outsourced. These small and mid-sized businesses do not usually have the necessary resources in house to carry out all their HR, compliance, and administrative functions that the employers of today’s time have to handle, which more often than not results in the cause of tremendous burden. It not only causes a lot of stress but also stifles the growth and profitability of the company. The goal of Employer Advantage is to free these employers from all of that stress and burden so that they can direct their focus on the success of their business.
Young further commented that Choice too has a high standard of service and shares the same values as Employer Advantage. The company has known the owners, Steve Winger and Brad Bowman for a lot of years now and since forever has had the deepest and greatest respect for them as well as their company.
