Brian Stratton has joined Alliant as Executive Vice President, adding diverse expertise to its national Employee Benefits Group. Based in Chicago, Stratton will create innovative employee benefits solutions for a diverse base of clients.

Stratton has more than 20 years of experience designing and deploying strategic employee benefits programs that enhance employee well-being, increase organizational efficiencies, and strengthen the bottom line. He joins Alliant with broad expertise across a range of disciplines, including health and welfare benefits, M&A, retirement plans, and benefit administration.
Prior to joining Alliant, Stratton spent eight years as Chicago Market Leader-Health & Benefits for a global financial services firm. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University and an MBA in strategic marketing, human resources, and economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
