This national program offers on-site support for employees at participating companies, helping them address personal challenges such as transportation, financial stress, and caregiving responsibilities. How the Employee Resource Network Works
In the ERN model, member companies buy shares of a Success Coach’s time who deliver real-time, personalized support that empowers employees to stay focused and productive. Participating employers benefit from:
