Confirm, the first platform to inject the science of Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) into performance reviews to help people leaders make fairer, faster and data-driven talent decisions, announced milestone company and platform growth in 2023.

“We’re disrupting the archaic performance review system and using science to bring performance reviews into the future for both employees and employers,” said Josh Merrill, co-founder and CEO of Confirm. “From our Series A funding round to gaining recognition in notable awards, expanding our leadership team and launching multiple new products this year, Confirm has grown significantly in such a short period of time. I couldn’t be more proud of what the Confirm team has accomplished in 2023.”

A record-breaking year of momentum

Confirm saw tremendous growth over the past year. Most notably, in August, Confirm announced a $6.2 million Series A funding round. Spero Ventures led the round with participation from SHRMLabs, Elefund, Gaingels, Black Angel Group and several existing customers. The round brought the company’s total investment to $11.4 million and will fuel product development and boost investment in sales and marketing into 2024.

The company also bolstered its leadership team with the addition of Pete Sanidas, Senior Vice President & Head of Sales, in April.
