ComPsych® Corporation, the world’s largest provider of mental health and absence management services, today announced two additions to its leadership team, welcoming Bruce Candebat as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Matt Alberico as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Bruce Candebat joins ComPsych with more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in both private and public companies, including executive roles at Lifeworks and Georgia Pacific Corporation. Most recently, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners. Bruce is succeeding ComPsych CFO Bob Mallers, who is retiring at the end of the month, and brings his established track record of business development and process improvement to the role.
ComPsych is also welcoming Matt Alberico as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Matt brings more than 25 years of experience in the workplace benefits space with leadership roles at Cigna, Amazon Care, and most recently, Headspace. In his newly created role at the company, Matt will partner with sales and marketing to drive company growth in behavioral health and absence management globally.
