LRS Healthcare®, a leading provider of healthcare staffing services and part of the Jackson Healthcare® family of companies, today announced the addition of Travis Powers and Tracey Duke to its executive team. Powers joins LRS Healthcare as senior vice president of production, with primary responsibility for strategic oversight of the organization’s healthcare recruiting and business development functions. Duke joins as associate vice president of recruiting, overseeing the nursing division.
Powers brings an impressive background in organizational strategy, business development and sales performance having managed and led teams across all areas of production. Prior to joining LRS Healthcare, he most recently served as vice president of sales performance for one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing firms.
Duke joins the organization with deep experience in building and leading recruitment teams across all functional areas. Prior to LRS, she held strategic leadership positions with several leading organizations in the healthcare staffing space.
