Gerard brings more than 12 years of executive search experience specializing in Technology leadership. He partners with private equity investors, boards, and executive teams to recruit Chief Technology Officers, Chief Product Officers, Chief Information Officers and security leaders, who strengthen enterprise technology organizations, modernize engineering organizations, improve cybersecurity, and support long-term business growth.
Over the course of his career, Gerard has completed more than 160 executive placements across software, fintech, healthcare IT, and technology-enabled services companies, serving high-growth private equity- and venture-backed businesses as well as public enterprises.

Prior to joining Bespoke Partners, Gerard was a Principal at True Search, where he was a member of the firm’s Product, Data & Technology and FinTech & Financial Services Practices and led the Atlanta office. Earlier in his career, he held executive search roles with Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds Associates.
Throughout his career, Gerard has partnered with organizations ranging from emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 enterprises, recruiting technology executives for clients including Acorns, Capital One, Privia Health, Credit Sesame, Inovalon, Vestwell, Masttro, and FIS.
