Under the category of Best New Hire Onboarding Program, Benify received a silver award at the 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Talent Acquisition Awards on 19 August 2021.
The HCM Excellence awards program is run by the leading independent research and analyst firm, Brandon Hall Group and is the largest and longest-running awards program in Human Capital Management. 2021 marked the biggest applicant pool in the awards’ 28-year history.
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.
