Aya Healthcare wins Best of Client Satisfaction from ClearlyRated


Aya Healthcare, the largest healthcare talent software and staffing company in the United States, won the Best of Staffing Client Award by ClearlyRated for providing superior service to healthcare systems and hospitals across the nation.

This is the third year in a row Aya has earned this honor, receiving stellar reviews in categories such as easy-to-use technology, robust software features, quality of clinicians provided to the facility, overall fulfillment process and effective and efficient communication. ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based solely on ratings provided by the clients they serve.

ClearlyRated’s reviews and verified ratings show how Aya is raising the bar on customer satisfaction. Aya’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) was 59 at the time of the recognition, and Aya closed out the year with an NPS of 72. Net Promoter Scores above 50 are classified as excellent, and companies with an NPS of 70 or above are considered world-class.
