ActivTrak, Inc. today announced a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner Program that empowers partners to develop long-term, profitable service offerings based on its award-winning workforce productivity and analytics solution. Inaugural members include more than 25 partners across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
In a recent survey of small and medium-sized businesses with remote employees, nearly 50% ranked workforce productivity as their top concern, followed by security/compliance (19%) and collaboration and communication (13%). ActivTrak’s MSP Program helps partners deliver best-in-class technologies and services to address these concerns across a wide range of use cases — from process optimization to IP protection to data loss prevention, and more.
ActivTrak’s MSP Partner Program is tiered into three levels based on total users under management. As partners advance tiers, they unlock additional benefits such as reduced subscription costs per license price. The program also includes access to ActivTrak’s new MSP Command Center, a single pane-of-glass management console that allows partners to deploy and manage multiple customer instances. From the Command Center MSPs can:
- View and log into customer accounts via single sign-on (SSO)
- Quickly investigate and address alerts and operational activities
- Drill into individual accounts to configure the application and troubleshoot issues
- Streamline billing and account management with up-to-date usage data
ActivTrak’s native cloud, multi-tenant solution offers extreme ease of deployment and administration allowing MSPs to package and launch services at a very rapid pace. Other program benefits include a usage-based model with consolidated monthly billing; dedicated sales enablement, technical support, and marketing resources; and priority support and hands-on training to help partners develop expertise, grow business opportunity, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
Early members of ActivTrak’s new MSP program have seen customer traction in numerous verticals including financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, IT services, and others. Initial partners include: Advanced Technology Group, Cloud Synergistics, Cyber Secure, EMD, NST, Nukke, Wahaya, and Zinia.
“Our goal is to better understand and anticipate our customers’ workforce productivity, compliance, and security needs so they can spend more time focusing on what they do best,” said Lolen East, EMD Networking Services, Inc. “ActivTrak’s comprehensive tools and resources enable us to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that maximize customer success, while creating new opportunities for recurring revenue.”
“Across industries, the move to remote work is increasing the need to gain better visibility into how work is getting done,” said Eric Gaffin, Advanced Technology Group. “ActivTrak helps us help our clients understand and manage the opportunities and the risks, optimize business processes, and identify patterns that lead to remote work success. Their cloud-based approach, flexible subscription model, and application control help us deliver immediate value to customers with outstanding service and support.”
ActivTrak’s MSP Program builds on the company’s established success with reseller partners and follows the recent hiring of Andrea Tharp as director of worldwide channels. As SMBs continue to outsource more and more services, ActivTrak will continue to invest in products and programs that ensure its partners’ success.
“We’re excited to formally launch our partner program bringing together top experts and best practices in workforce productivity and analytics,” said Justin Endres, chief revenue officer at ActivTrak. “Building out a diverse ecosystem of MSPs will help us expand new routes to market, and drive growth and revenue in countries around the world. If early interest is any indication, demand for insight-oriented solutions like ours will only continue to grow.”
