Lundquist’s background spans employee benefits strategy, workforce engagement, and long-term cost management
Mike Lundquist has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Utah-based consultant will partner with employers to develop and implement strategic benefits solutions that support workforce goals, strengthen employee engagement, and align with long-term business objectives.

With an extensive background in employee benefits and risk management, Lundquist works closely with employers to design programs that support both their employees and their business objectives. He focuses on helping organizations manage healthcare costs, enhance offerings, and develop strategies that attract and retain talent. His experience spans a variety of industries, including organizations in the outdoor and recreation sector.
Prior to joining Alliant, Lundquist was a Senior Benefits Consultant with a national insurance and employee benefits consulting firm.
