John Carter brings decades of experience in leading technology and product development for scalable B2B SaaS applications. As Founder and CEO of two nationwide RCM platforms—Healthcare Administration Technologies (now part of PNC Healthcare) and G4 Health Systems (now part of Inovalon)—he’s driven the design, development, and operation of large-scale businesses processing billions of transactions annually. He has also contributed his expertise to key industry organizations like the Data Interchange Standards Association and the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange. As CTO, he will lead Activated Insights’ technology strategy, enhancing platform capabilities to deliver even greater value to customers.
Nate Anastasoff joins as CFO, bringing nearly 20 years of proven financial leadership experience across public and private equity-backed software and technology companies. He most recently served as CFO at iCIMS, a leading talent acquisition software platform, where he played a key role in driving financial strategy and accelerating growth. His expertise in scaling high-growth companies, driving strategic acquisitions, expanding into new geographies, and optimizing financial operations will be instrumental as Activated Insights continues its expansion. Nate will focus on enhancing financial strategies, operational excellence, and scalability to align business objectives with the company’s mission to partner with long-term and post-acute providers in delivering exceptional experiences for their employees and those they serve.
