ExtensisHR

ExtensisHR, a nationally recognized Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and HR Outsourcing (HRO) services provider, proudly announces it has been named to Newsweek’s annual list of America’s Top Most Loved Workplaces®. This year’s list, developed by Most Loved Workplace®—a division of the Best Practice Institute (BPI)—has expanded to include the Top 200 companies, reflecting the growing commitment to prioritize employee sentiment and create workplaces that employees love.

The list recognizes companies that put respect, caring, and appreciation for their employees at the center of their business model and, in doing so, have earned the loyalty and trust of the people who work for them. Results were determined after surveying more than 2.6 million employees across a variety of industries and company sizes, from businesses with less than 50 employees to enterprises with over 100,000.

To gauge employee sentiment, five key areas were evaluated: optimism about future career prospects within the company, career fulfillment, alignment between employer and employee values, respect at all levels, and the degree of collaboration. In these categories, ExtensisHR earned certifications for its efforts in supporting diversity, women, veterans, parents and caregivers, career advancement, and young professionals.

“Being named one of Newsweek’s Top 200 Most Loved Workplaces® is a testament to the incredible dedication and enthusiasm of our team,” said David Pearson, ExtensisHR’s SVP of People and Culture. “By fostering a vibrant and empowered workplace, we ensure our employees feel supported and valued, which in turn drives the exceptional service we provide to our customers. This honor reinforces our mission to continually invest in our people and cultivate a workplace where they can deliver their best each day.”

To attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ExtensisHR designs tailored programs and solutions that enhance the employee experience. These initiatives include professional development opportunities, robust employee benefits, flexible work arrangements, and competitive paid time off. Employees are encouraged to voice their ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to an environment that supports creativity, inclusivity, and growth. This culture has resulted in a remarkably high employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and a deep sense of connection to the company’s values.

ExtensisHR’s workplace continues to shine with this recognition, and adds to an impressive list of accolades, including:

  • Two 2024 Stevie® Awards
  • Most Loved Workplace® Certification
  • Great Place To Work® Certification
  • 10 Comparably Awards
  • Three Top Workplace Culture Excellence achievements
  • Consecutive Top Workplace distinctions

“When companies set up employees to succeed, the entire organization thrives. This year’s Top America’s Most Loved Workplaces® shows that fostering love of the workplace isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s a key driver of performance and retention. We’re excited to see the list grow to 200 companies this year, but that’s just the beginning. Our work won’t be done until every company in the world is Most Loved Workplace® certified and every employee loves showing up to their job each day,” stated Louis Carter, BPI and Most Loved Workplace Founder and CEO.
