CallMiner, the leading provider of conversation analytics to drive business improvement, today announced it was named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 14th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. CallMiner is ranked 19th in the large employers category.

“CallMiner is honored to be recognized for our workplace – one that is built on innovation and collaboration, and focuses on delivering a rewarding, positive environment,” said Paul Bernard, president and CEO, CallMiner. “Despite the challenges faced during the pandemic, our team was steadfast in their commitment to our customers, partners and each other. We’re proud to be included among some of Massachusetts’ most successful companies, and we remain dedicated to making CallMiner a top place to work year after year.”

CallMiner believes in continually gathering feedback and insights from employees, and making improvements based on what they want and need in a workplace. In the past year alone, CallMiner enhanced its 401k matching program, evolved its onboarding and training programs, introduced the CallMiner DE&I Council, and more.

“The workplace is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and the companies that embraced that change, and put their employees’ needs first, really stood out,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor.

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best – their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.

This year’s Top Places to Work winners share a few key traits, including offering more flexibility to continue working remotely, tracking progress on efforts to support a diverse workforce and more.
