Zellis Launches ‘Unstoppable’ Campaign at HR Technologies 2025

Zellis Launches 'Unstoppable' Campaign at HR Technologies 2025

Zellis, the leading provider of HR and payroll software to the UK and Ireland, today announces the launch of its new external campaign, Unstoppable, as it gears up for two days of stimulating conversations and presentations at HR Technologies UK 2025. This announcement follows the recent acquisition of elementsuite, an AI-enabled HR software company, further strengthening Zellis’ end-to-end offering across HR, workforce management, and payroll.

The Unstoppable campaign puts HR and payroll professionals at the heart of the story, highlighting their essential role in keeping workforces moving, even in the face of challenges like complex legislation, administrative burdens, and talent shortages. The campaign sets the stage for the company’s continued focused on delivering excellent customer service to the market, with its AI-enabled HR, WFM and payroll software and services.  Delegates will be able to view Zellis’ offering at stand CC20 at Excel London (23rd -24th April).

“HR and payroll teams face more pressure than ever in today’s business environment,” said Emma Isichei, Chief Marketing Officer at Zellis. “We recognise that stopping simply isn’t an option—neither for these teams nor for the employees who depend on them.

“Our ‘Unstoppable’ campaign reflects this reality and demonstrates our unwavering commitment to partnership. Through our AI-enabled HR, workforce management and payroll technology, and managed services, we empower our customers to work smarter, not harder—ultimately driving exceptional employee experiences and organisational growth.”

The creative concept uses the word “UNSTOPPABLE” as a foundation, representing the challenge that Zellis recognises within the market and helps customers overcome, from inefficiency to uncertainty. It’s a bold, people-first narrative that is designed to better communicate the value the company brings to HR and finance professionals and to reflect its ongoing growth.

Campaign manifesto: Supporting HR “without limits”

From ever-changing regulations to systems that can’t keep up, there are countless obstacles standing in the way of effective HR. And the same goes for employees—financial stress, lack of purpose, and inefficient processes all get in the way of progress. But Zellis believes in working with our customers to remove those barriers.

Through human-centric AI, easy-to-integrate HR/payroll, and robust WFM solutions, Zellis is helping customers become undistracted, unburdened, unconstrained… unstoppable.

Zellis will also deliver two seminar talks during the two-day conference. Steve Elcock, Director of Product – AI and HCM, and James King, Strategic Account Director, will explore the topical role of AI in HR on day one (23rd April) in a session entitled ‘AI: Our Greatest Assistant – or Silent Disruptor?’

On day two (24th April), Chief Innovation Officer at Benifex and Zellis, Gethin Nadin, will address the importance of employee financial wellbeing in engagement, productivity, and performance terms in the following session: ‘The Cost of Doing Nothing: How Financial Wellbeing Fuels Business Growth and Resilience.’
