Yooz, a leading purchase-to-pay (P2P) automation provider, announced today the company has received a Great Place to Work Certification™ for a consecutive year, following its 2021 recognition. Earning this award for the second time is a testament to the company’s continual dedication to positive employee experience. In 2022, 93% of employees said Yooz is a great place to work, exceeding the average U.S. company by 36 points.

“A Great Place to Work Certification™ alone is rare but being recognized for a second year in a row is a powerful representation of Yooz’s ongoing dedication to their employees,” said Laurent Charpentier, Yooz CEO. “This designation is the best reflection of how employees perceive their company culture, so being named to this list again means that Yooz continues to be one of the best companies to work for in the country.”

Great Place to Work® highlights exceptional organizations that encompass work-life balance, company culture and ethical senior management practices. To determine the companies deserving of the recognition, the global organization distributes research-backed surveys and cultural questionnaires to solicit anonymous employee feedback for analysis. Companies with the Great Place to Work Certification™ are those that prove they consistently ensure their team members have a dependable and inclusive work environment.

“To receive this recognition again reflects our commitment to our employees’ long-term success and satisfaction,” said Charpentier. “Our team is bright, and I want to thank them for their determination to grow with us and for playing a crucial role in cultivating a positive atmosphere and reputation that has been recognized and celebrated once again.”

According to Great Place to Work Research, 95% of employees believe reputation is a fundamental requirement when researching and applying for a job. This recognition offers Yooz a competitive advantage in the hiring process, as certified companies are four times more likely to attract, hire and retain their preferred candidates.

“Everyone at Yooz shares the same values so it was easy to form connections with my colleagues,” said one Yooz employee. “Our culture encourages open communication, personally and professionally, which makes our team collaboration run smoothly.”

Within the last twelve months, Yooz understood the importance of keeping employees engaged while sustaining its growth and expansion globally. Yooz went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt heard and valued while maintaining the Yooz spirit. Employee feedback was of the utmost importance, so Yooz chose to send out HR surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, conduct annual reviews, and gauge the thoughts and feelings on the overall working environments. Employee responses were taken into consideration for the major HR decisions in 2022.

Some of those employee-driven decisions include creating a “Yooz Cares Days”, which are a chance for the Yooz employees to give back to the community through work with local non-profit organizations. Other initiatives included a new benefits packages and increased importance and resources for recruiting new talent.

97% of the employees who answered the Great Place to Work survey this year said that when employees join Yooz they are made to feel welcome. This is in part thanks to a comprehensive and robust global onboarding plan for all new hires, as well as a continued focus on skills improvement and ongoing trainings for all employees through Yooz’s initiative called the YoozAcademy. It is a cornerstone of successful beginnings at Yooz and offers a high level of professional development during every employee’s journey at Yooz as well.

“My past jobs do not compare to the welcoming environment that I experience every day at Yooz,” said another Yooz employee. “I hope that anyone who is searching for a job finds a company that will provide them with the same sense of fulfillment.”
